Order processing and dispatch times

Your order will be processed within 1-5 business days after receipt of payment, followed by dispatch. The usual delivery time is 10-15 working days. Please note that there is no dispatch on weekends and public holidays.

Shipment tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an e-mail with the corresponding tracking number. You can view the current status of your shipment via the tracking website provided.

Important note: It may take 3-7 days after dispatch for the tracking data to be updated. Please be patient until all information is available in our system.

Order changes and cancellations

Before dispatch

  • Cancellations are possible free of charge at any time until dispatch
  • Changes to the delivery address can also be made up until dispatch

After dispatch

Once your order has left our warehouse, no refunds or changes of address can be made.

Customs clearance and DDP service

We offer convenient DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for selected countries and regions. This service does not incur any additional customs duties or handling costs for you.

Available DDP countries:

  • USA: Delivery via UPS (Alaska and Hawaii excluded)
  • Australia: Delivery via Australia Post
  • United Kingdom: Delivery via local DPD Express
  • Europe: Delivery via DHL Express / DPD Express

Important restrictions:

Our DDP service is not available in countries with particularly strict customs regulations. This applies to: Denmark, Australia, Norway and Switzerland.

Please note: DDP availability may vary depending on current regulations. The actual conditions at the time of your order are decisive.

Special shipping conditions

Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional shipping costs and extended delivery times. However, we will endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible and will keep you informed of any delays.
